Purpose of JobWe are seeking a talented Manager Senior, Decision
Science Analytics for the Life Company for either our San Antonio
Office or work remotely in a 100% Remote Work Environment.The
individual selected for this position will be responsible for
leading and developing a team of Decision Science Analysts in a
matrixed environment that provides analytical supports to meet Life
Company's strategic and operational outcomes. In addition to the
leadership responsibilities, the Senior Manager will also provide
data-driven insights and recommendations on complex and
ill-structured problems using advanced analytical
methodologies.This function leads and develops a highly analytical
staff that provides decision support for business areas across the
enterprise. By serving as a strategic partner to the business this
function will be responsible for applying mathematical and
statistical techniques and/or innovative /quantitative analytical
approaches to draw conclusions and make 'insight to action'
recommendations to answer business objectives and drive change.Job

Collaborates or participates with other analytical leaders in
driving the strategic direction small and large scale analyses
using mathematical and statistical techniques and/or
innovative/quantitative analytical approaches.

Minimum Requirements:* Bachelor's degree required OR 4 additional
years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree.
* If Bachelor's degree, 8 or more years of experience in a decision
support analytic function with 2 or more years of direct and/or
indirect management experienceORIf Master's Degree, 6 or more years
of experience in a decision support analytic function with 2 or
more years of direct and/or indirect management experienceORIf PhD,
5 or more years of experience in a decision support analytic
functionwith 2 or more years of direct and/or indirect management

responses.Preferred Experience:* Demonstrated analytical expertise
with Life Insurance, Annuity and/or Health Solutions products and

process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure
we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based
on your experience and market position. The salary range for this
position is: $117,600 - $211,700* (this does not include geographic
differential it may be applied based on your work
location)Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on
overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion
of the USAA Board of Directors.* Geographical Differential:
Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible
employees working in locations where market pay levels are above
