Job Description:

The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Required Qualifications High School Diploma Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft , Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Administration support experience in a healthcare industry Familiarity with care and well-being resources Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree Microsoft Access proficiency Previous experience working in a call center or other high volume production environment. Additional Information Must have flexible scheduling availability for shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with occasional overtime and weekends as business need dictates This position offers a competitive hourly rates and a full benefits package with no waiting period to enroll.
