dynamic and experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a permanent
position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge
technology and a team of highly skilled professionals. The selected
candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and
improving our complex manufacturing equipment. This role is ideal
for a technician who thrives in a challenging environment and is
passionate about machinery and technology. Responsibilities: As an
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible
for: 1. Performing regular and preventative maintenance on all
manufacturing equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and productivity.
2. Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical systems, motors,
pneumatics, conveyor systems, and other manufacturing machinery. 3.
Performing electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve
electrical issues with machinery. 4. Calibrating equipment and
machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance with
industry standards. 5. Collaborating with the engineering team to
implement equipment improvements and new installations. 6.
Documenting maintenance procedures and keeping accurate records of
all repairs and maintenance performed. 7. Ensuring safe work
practices are followed at all times and maintaining a clean and
organized work area. Qualifications: To be considered for the
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician position, candidates must
possess the following: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Machine Maintenance Technician or in a similar role in the
manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with mechanical
maintenance, motors, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. 3. Strong
electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with electrical
systems in a manufacturing environment. 4. Experience with
calibration of manufacturing equipment. 5. A strong understanding
of safety procedures and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to
detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 9.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
as required. 10. A technical degree or certification in a related
