to hear from you! Job Summary: This position reports to the Plant &
Equipment Manager, and will work closely with Workshop Manager and
Project Superintendents. Responsibilities of this Position: ---
Scheduling equipment, plant, machines and vehicle maintenance and
services with the workshop manager and the project superintendents.
--- Establishing and monitoring care and maintenance programs for
all equipment --- Providing technical support on the work
preparation at the workshops --- Support the planning of
sustainable and e?cient use of the company assets, the use of spare
parts and consumables --- Support the procurement process, for
parts and services, including interacting with the equipment
department in Germany --- Liaison between daily workshop and site
needs --- Support equipment & plant management --- Tracking
equipment inspection --- Implement high safety standards in the
workshop, warehouses and the mechanics activities when on projects
--- Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and
practice/cultivate safe work habits --- Ful?ll and promote the
Management, Environment and Safety Quality System policies ---
Developing budget for plant/workshop and improvements. --- Control,
manage and optimize inventory for projects and site warehouses ---
Provide guidance on performing routine maintenance on Bauer
equipment --- Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to
diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld
computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges ---
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project
rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment ---
Maintain a pro-active approach toward safety --- Performs other
duties as required --- Willingness to travel when required to
support projects --- Capable of relying on instructions and
pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job ---
Ability to work independently and in teams --- Ethical work habits
and self-conducting in professional manner --- Must qualify as an
authorized driver for Bauer Foundation Corp. owned, rented, and
leased vehicles --- Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic,
and electrical/electronic systems --- Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings Education and Experience: --- Degree in
Mechanical Engineering with 2 years related work experience as a
mechanical engineer with heavy construction equipment companies.
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with Auto Cad, Solid
Edge, or similar technical drawing programs --- Knowledge of ERP
(SAP) systems is considered a plus Compensation and benefits:
