Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
to serve at an elementary school in Bradenton, Florida. This
contract role runs through the current school year, concluding on
May 29, 2026. The position offers the chance to work full-time
within a supportive Title 1 school environment, serving a small
caseload of approximately 40-50 students. The school features
specialized programs, including an Autism unit and Exceptional
Student Education Pre-K, as well as integrated Pre-K classes with
reserved spots for students with Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and
language therapy to students spanning early childhood to elementary
age groups. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and
families to support student development and educational goals.
Monitor, document, and report student progress, adjusting
interventions as needed to maximize outcomes. Maintain compliance
with all state licensure requirements and school policies.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and
contribute to the development of inclusive classroom strategies.
Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language
Pathology. Valid Florida SLP license required; Clinical Fellowship
Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience or
interest in working within early childhood and elementary school
settings, including Title 1 programs. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to foster effective partnerships with
students, families, and staff. Commitment to providing high-quality
