Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Architectural Construction Estimator to join our growing team. The
ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and/or
residential construction, excellent analytical skills, and the
ability to produce accurate, detailed cost estimates.
Responsibilities: Interpret architectural drawings, specifications,
and project documents Prepare quantity take-offs and comprehensive
cost estimates Collaborate with architects, project managers, and
subcontractors Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids Assist with
value engineering and project budgeting Qualifications: 5 years of
experience in construction estimating (architectural background a
must) Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and
industry pricing Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam,
PlanSwift, or similar) Proficiency with Procore, Auto Desk and
other bidding sites. Excellent communication and organizational
skills Ability to manage multiple bids on tight deadlines Strong
communication skills are a must Solid understanding of construction
site operations, safety protocols, and project management
principles. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with
vendors, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
Familiarity with contract review procedures, change order
management, and risk mitigation strategies. We Offer: Competitive
