Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hotel’s Engineering team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and overall functionality of the property while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in hotel or commercial facility maintenance. Primary Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, carpentry, and general building systems Maintain pool areas, mechanical rooms, and related equipment as required Accurately complete assigned work orders while adhering to company safety and compliance standards Maintain proper organization and condition of tools, materials, and inventory Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain overall property standards Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory policies Qualifications Previous experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or a related technical field required Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair systems Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently Professional communication and strong customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor as needed Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts What We Offer Competitive compensation Weekly pay via direct deposit Stable, full-time position Training and career growth opportunities Professional and supportive work environment If you are a reliable maintenance professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and join our Engineering team.
