Job Description Job Description IND123 Job ID 23142– Risk Analyst Location: St Petersburg, FL 33701 – This position is onsite Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending upon experience Type: Contract Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Job description: Provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring efficient daily operations and accurate record-keeping. Assist with team member accounts, including tracking documentation and supporting minimal accounting tasks as needed. Draft, send, and manage professional correspondence (emails and letters) to agents, including timely follow-ups and responses. Support the Supervisor with various administrative needs, including coordinating and communicating with vendors. If transitioned to a permanent role, perform additional accounting functions such as processing check requests, preparing journal entries, and supporting basic financial reporting tasks. Nice to have: Accounting exposure Vendor communication Requirements: Must have recent related work history with administrative support High school diploma or equivalent Background check required Education verification required
