The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients
and visitors to the office in a professional manner, and for
coordination of check-in and check-out procedures. Performs
clerical administrative support as assigned; answers telephone in a
timely manner, provides customer service assistance, data
processing, and maintains accurate record keeping.

Greets incoming patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous,
professional manner and notifies appropriate person of their

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as

Required Education and Experience
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Experience in general office practices such as typing, filing,
phones, and scheduling.
Medical office experience is required.
