Director of Finance - Investments Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
$125,000 - $150,000 Bonus Equity Options Are you ready to step into

developer? We are seeking a Director of Finance - Investments to
lead strategic investment initiatives, drive growth through
acquisitions, and play a key role in expanding a thriving
commercial real estate portfolio. This position offers visibility
to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the company's
future investment strategy. About the Company and Director of
Finance - Investments Opportunity: Our client is a well-established
and respected commercial real estate development firm, consistently
ranked among the top developers in the Southeast. With an
aggressive growth strategy focused on new ground-up developments
and acquisitions, the company is looking for a forward-thinking
finance leader to identify, underwrite, and execute on strategic
investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities of the Director of
Finance - Investments: Source and evaluate new real estate
acquisitions and development opportunities Lead financial modeling,
deal structuring, and investment underwriting Oversee due
diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition analysis
Partner with brokers, investors, and capital markets contacts to
identify strategic opportunities Collaborate with the CFO and
leadership team on capital strategy and portfolio planning Support
investor reporting and communications related to active and
prospective deals Contribute to strategic planning, market
research, and investment committee presentations Qualifications of
the Director of Finance - Investments: Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or Master's
preferred) 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance,
M&A, or investment management Strong financial modeling,
valuation, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to manage
complex deals from sourcing through close Excellent communication
skills and ability to build strong external relationships
Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, or comparable real estate and
