• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $35M+ commercial projects
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:
