365 / Azure Engineer - Enterprise Administrator ExpertWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a 365 / Azure Engineer. The role requires developing and maintaining support models for new Microsoft 365 services, managing monitoring and alerting systems, providing technical expertise, collaborating with IT teams, ensuring compliance with procedures, and handling pressure situations during tight deadlines or incidents. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain support models for new Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage monitoring and alerting systems for all systems.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and handle pressure situations.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five or more years of experience in 3rd level support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, Azure Active Directory management, and ITIL protocols.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Experience with hybrid Microsoft Exchange environments, Group Policy Objects, iOS & Android management, virtual desktop technology, and Microsoft certifications desirable, especially the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.Note: The candidate must be available for onsite work three days a week in the Greater Orlando area.
